- Pepe the Coco, remove the water and take it to the oven with the shell for 20 minutes or until it bursts. Remove from the oven and the shell will be loose, then peel the Coconut removing all the skin so that your milk is clear.
- In a blender, place the chopped coconut and water, hit a lot.
- Place a dish towel in a milk jug and strain the milk over the dish towel. Then your milk is ready.
- Tip: Milk can be refrigerated for seven days.
