- Oil1/2 cup
- Warm Milk2 cup
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Bread Yeast10 g
- Oats1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Beat in a blender: milk, eggs, sugar, salt, oil and wound.
- Place the mixture in a container along with the white flour, wholemeal flour and oats. Mix well.
- Place the dough in a greased aluminum shape and let it rest for approximately 1 hour until the dough doubles in size.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 min.
