  • Warm water480 ml
  • Organic Yeast20 g
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Oil225 ml
  • Gem1 unit(s)

Put the warm water and the yeast in a bowl and stir until the yeast dissolves, add the sugar, oil and salt, mix everything together and add the flour little by little until the dough doesn't stick to the bottom of the bowl. Pass the dough to a table and knead it for about 10 to 15 minutes, always sprinkling flour so the dough doesn't stick to the table. Divide the dough into 2 parts, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes, roll out the dough with a rolling pin or a bottle. Roll into a roulade shape and place in a greased shape with oil and wheat flour. Once rolled, let it rest for another 30 minutes. After the bread has rested, brush it with the yolk and place it in the oven preheated to 260°C for about 30 minutes.
