Ingredients

  • Wheat flour | 400 g
  • Water | 270 ml
  • Chorizo | 140 g
  • Salt | 15 g
  • Organic Yeast | 4 g

Recipe

  1. Mix the flour, salt and yeast, adding the water then kneading the dough for one to two minutes.
  2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle the dough with flour, folding it at least 3 times, filling it with the chorizo (we use chorizas from the high edge)
  4. Pre heat the oven to 250 degrees.
  5. Sprinkle the dough with a little flour and bake for 30 minutes.
