- sunflower oil80 g
- wheat flour480 g
- salt10 g
- yolk1 unit(s)
- water1 teaspoon
- In a large bowl, place the water, sugar and yeast. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Add the lightly beaten egg, oil, two cups of flour, salt and mix well by hand.
- Gradually add the rest of the flour, as needed, until you get a ball of dough that sticks lightly to your hands.
- Place the dough on the bench and start kneading, sprinkle flour when necessary, knead well for approximately 15 minutes.
- Put it back in the bowl, cover it with plastic wrap or a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Remove the dough from the bowl, divide into 20 equal parts, cover with a cloth or plastic.
- Take a piece of dough, flatten it into a kind of rectangle and start rolling it up.
- When you finish rolling, gently press the ends to finish and roll the dough slightly on the counter to finish.
- Book and repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
- Place the biscuits in a greased form, leaving only 1 to 2 cm of space between them. Cover and let rise for an hour.
- When the buns are risen, beat the yolk with water and brush them.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
