- Water180 ml

- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Start by mixing the dry ingredients: Flour, salt and organic yeast After that, add the water and mix with the help of a spatula. Let this mixture rest, covered with a cloth, or plastic wrap, out of the fridge for at least 12 hours.
- After 12 hours, heat your oven to 250ºC and place a pan with a lid inside, to heat together.
- Take the dough, pour it on a bench sprinkled with wheat flour, without kneading, shape a ball and make a superficial cut with a knife on the top.
- Place the dough in the hot pan (careful) and return to the oven for approximately 40 minutes with the pan covered, opening the pan at 30 minutes to check the point. After taking it out, let it cool on a screen or wire rack to keep the crunchiness.
