- In a large bowl put the warm water and pour the two packets of yeast, stir well and let it rest for 2 min.
- Then add the eggs, oil, sugar and a pinch of salt and mix with a spoon.
- Put 1 kilo of flour and mix it with your hands, adding more flour and kneading until the dough doesn't stick to your hand (knead it well)
- When the dough is smooth and no longer sticking to your hand, it is ready.
- Cover the bowl with a thick cloth and place in the sun or in a warm and stuffy place for about 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
- When the dough rises, it's time to roll.
- First, grease the molds with butter.
- Go taking pieces of this dough and rolling it up making cornrows, use your creativity If it is difficult to roll, sprinkle flour on the table or countertop you are using to make it easier.
- After being rolled, cover all the shapes with a cloth and let it rise for about 40 minutes or until the rolled donut doubles in size.
- Bake at 180 degrees until the buns are roasted and golden brown.
- When you take it out of the oven, pass condensed milk with a brush and put grated coconut on top.
