- sugar | 1.1/3 cup
- oil | 1 cup
- eggs | 3 unit(s)
- warm water | 2 cup
- salt | 1 tablespoon
- yeast for bread | 20 g

- I beat the sugar with the eggs, add the lukewarm water (not too cold or too hot), the two bags of yeast and 2 and a half cups of wheat, to form a porridge.
- After letting it rest for 45 minutes, after the time, add the oil, salt and wheat gradually, until you get the point.
- Model it the way you prefer, I opened this one with the roller and then I rolled it up. I let it grow, when it grew I brushed it with yolk and coffee, and made some cuts with the razor.
- I put it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
