I beat the sugar with the eggs, add the lukewarm water (not too cold or too hot), the two bags of yeast and 2 and a half cups of wheat, to form a porridge.
After letting it rest for 45 minutes, after the time, add the oil, salt and wheat gradually, until you get the point.
