  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • warm milk1.1/2 cup
  • Warm water1/2 cup
  • Oil100 ml
  • Sugar200 g
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  1. Preparation mode: In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the sugar and add the salt, the liquid ingredients, the eggs and mix very well.
  2. Gradually add the wheat flour until it forms a very soft dough, and knead the dough well.
  3. Let the dough rest for approximately an hour.
  4. After rising, divide the dough into three parts, roll as you wish.
  5. Put it in the mold and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
  6. Brush the beaten egg over the buns to form a crust.
  7. Bake in a medium oven (200°C), for approximately 30 minutes, depending on your oven, it varies from 30 to 45 minutes.
