- Wheat flour1 kg
- warm milk1.1/2 cup
- Warm water1/2 cup
- Oil100 ml
- Sugar200 g
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Preparation mode: In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the sugar and add the salt, the liquid ingredients, the eggs and mix very well.
- Gradually add the wheat flour until it forms a very soft dough, and knead the dough well.
- Let the dough rest for approximately an hour.
- After rising, divide the dough into three parts, roll as you wish.
- Put it in the mold and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
- Brush the beaten egg over the buns to form a crust.
- Bake in a medium oven (200°C), for approximately 30 minutes, depending on your oven, it varies from 30 to 45 minutes.
