  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Organic Yeast50 g
  • Soybean oil1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Warm water21/2 cup
  1. In a container, put the warm water and mix the yeast.
  2. Put the mixture in a blender and add the sugar, oil, egg and salt. Beat everything for a few minutes.
  3. After hitting the blender, put the mixture in a large container.
  4. Gradually add the flour and with your hands, mix everything together.
  5. Add enough flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
  6. Let the dough rest for 1 hour to allow it to rise.
  7. After rising, divide the dough into small pieces.
  8. With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough and roll the buns.
  9. After resting, take the buns to bake for approximately 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
