- Wheat flour1 kg
- Sugar9 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- Warm water2 cup
- Oil for greasing to taste
- In a container, place the wheat flour (reserve a small amount for kneading), sugar and salt, mix well and add the yeast.
- Add the oil, water and mix.
- Knead the dough well and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts, round each part, place on a greased and floured baking sheet.
- Let it rest for another 15 minutes. Brush a yolk and make a slit at the top (optional)
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes in a medium oven.
