- Mix all the ingredients
- Add flour little by little until it doesn't stick to your hands, knead for ten minutes or so.
- Rest the dough for thirty minutes. Divide the dough into two parts.
- Roll up the two loaves and let rise for another hour or so or until doubled in volume.
- With the oven cold, place the buns and turn on the oven at 180 degrees until golden.
