- Wheat Flour | 1 kg
- Sugar | 3 tablespoon
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
- Egg | 1 unit(s)
- Organic Yeast | 2 teaspoon
- Milk or water (warm) | 500 ml
Recipe
- In a basin, mix all the ingredients, add the milk or water until the dough comes off the hands. After kneading the dough, for a long time until bubbles begin to burst. Pre heat the oven. Turn off and let the dough rest until it doubles in size.
- Then knead a little more, and model as you prefer, let it grow a little more. Place in the oven to bake for approximately 30/35 minutes. Wait to cool and serve.
