- Wheat flour1 kg
- Organic Dry Yeast1 unit(s)
- In a large bowl, place the warm water, sugar, oil, salt and yeast. Mix well, add the wheat little by little and knead. The secret is to knead well and a lot. Let it grow.
- With the help of a roll or cylinder, it forms the loaves. I let it rise a little more and take it to bake, when it's golden brown it's ready.
