  • Boiling milk1 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Medium onions3 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves3 to taste
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Pink sugar2 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley and chives (bundle)1 to taste
  • Basil (twigs)3 to taste
  • Oregano1 dessert spoon
  • Rosemary (branch)1 to taste
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Organic dry yeast or 45% fresh bakery15 g
  • Wheat flour (1k)200 g
  1. Blender put the milk boiling then the onions and garlic wait to cool and add the eggs, oil, sugar, salt and beat a little more.
  2. Then add the herbs and let it beat well for at least 5 minutes then pour the mixture into a bowl.
  3. Add the yeast and flour little by little until you form a very homogeneous dough and then transfer to a bench and rise very well for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the dough is very smooth and malleable.
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes and shape the buns as you like (mine put the curd filling but you can put whatever you want).
  5. After being modeled from growing to double in volume, brush with yolk and a tablespoon of milk, pass in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes or until golden.
