Ingredients

  • Oat flour or wholemeal flour | 1 cup
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Yeast | 1 teaspoon

Recipe

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or mix well until you get a homogeneous and slightly liquid mass.
  2. Grease a frying pan with oil and when it is hot put 1 ladle of the dough. Turn the dough over to dry on the other side and dry, do this several times until you run out of dough.
  3. Put the stuffing and roll the dough (cheese, ground beef, shredded chicken). Place them on a platter side by side. If you want to sauté tomato sauce and put it on top of the pancakes with grated cheese and leave it in the oven for around 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
