  • Whole eggs3 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • grated cheese1 tablespoon
  • grated zucchini1/3 cup
  • grated carrot1/3 cup
  • Chopped Mozzarella2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chia seeds for garnish to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Beat the eggs with the cottage cheese.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the chia seed, leaving the yeast for last.
  3. Grease a cupcake pan or use silicone and put half of the mixture in each pan.
  4. Decorate with chia seeds and bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes.
