- Boiled Sweet Potato5 tablespoon
- Oat bran2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- In a bowl add the sweet potato cooked and already well smashed, mix with the other ingredients;
- Mix until you get a very firm dough. For stuffing I used seasoned shredded chicken, and make it in the shape of a coxinha;
- After placing the stuffing and closing the coxinha, brush an egg yolk and dip it in cassava flour;
- I took it to bake in the airfryer at 200 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
