  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Butter4 teaspoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese150 g
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  1. Bring the milk with 1 teaspoon of butter to a boil;
  2. Place the sweet sprinkle, 1 teaspoon of butter, salt and eggs in a bowl and mix everything together;
  3. Add the boiled milk little by little and continue mixing until you get a homogeneous consistency;
  4. Then add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well;
  5. Add the yeast and stir until the dough gets a stiffer consistency;
  6. Grease a mold with 2 teaspoons of butter;
  7. Make balls with the dough in the shape of cheese bread and put it in the shape;
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
