- Whole milk2 cup
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Butter4 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese150 g
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Bring the milk with 1 teaspoon of butter to a boil;
- Place the sweet sprinkle, 1 teaspoon of butter, salt and eggs in a bowl and mix everything together;
- Add the boiled milk little by little and continue mixing until you get a homogeneous consistency;
- Then add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well;
- Add the yeast and stir until the dough gets a stiffer consistency;
- Grease a mold with 2 teaspoons of butter;
- Make balls with the dough in the shape of cheese bread and put it in the shape;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
