  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Apple | 1 unit(s)
  • Coconut oil or butter | 1 tablespoon
  • Xylitol or other sweetener of your choice | 1 teaspoon
  • Rice flour | 1 tablespoon
  • Flour or Oat Bran | 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder | 1 coffee spoon
  • Cinnamon |  to taste


  1. Remove the apple peel and cut in half. All the peel and half of apple we will use in the dough. The other half of the apple, cut into pieces.
  2. Beat everything in the blender, except half of the apple that was chopped and the yeast.
  3. When it is well beaten, add the chopped apple and the yeast and mix.
  4. Place in individual molds and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  5. Note: if you prefer to bake in the airfryer, put it at 180°C for 15 minutes.
