Olive oil4 tablespoon
Green Scent1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Wash and dry the potatoes.
Peel off (Optional)
Bring the potatoes to cook in a pan with water and salt for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and give the thermal shock in ice water.
Place each potato on a wooden spoon and make cuts every inch (the wooden spoon shape does not allow the knife to cut the potato all the way through).
Leave 2 centimeters on the sides of each potato.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
In a container, place the olive oil, the green smell, finely chopped, season with salt and black pepper (you can use other herbs that you prefer).
Brush the potatoes with this mixture and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
You can also use garlic when baking for a special flavor. ❤️
