- put the dry yeast with the sugar in a container and pour the warm water and mix (reserve) In another container put wheat flour, salt and oil and then pour the mixture with the yeast. Knead until the dough is homogeneous and let it rest for 30 minutes with a cloth covering. After the 30 minutes have passed, separating the portions (I chose to make each loaf of 109 grams) yielded 5 loaves. Open the dough on the roll of each loaf and place the stuffing in the center of the dough, then join the ends until it closes and forms a bundle. Brush with an egg yolk and oregano to taste.
