Ingredients
Recipe

Ground duckling1/2 kg
Acem Core1/2 kg
Onion cream50 g
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients, let it rest for 30 minutes
Make large balls and squeeze into a hamburger shape, let it rest for another 10 minutes in the fridge.
Grill in non-stick skillet.
