- Wheat flour2 cup
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Water150 ml
- Oil1/4 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 dessert spoon
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl add the oil, water, yeast, sugar, salt. Mix until incorporated.
- Add the two cups of wheat flour, mix until you get a kneading.
- On a bench sprinkle wheat flour and solve for 10 minutes.
- With the roll open the dough and stuffing, close the sides and cut
- Mix the yolk and oregano, brush your pastries and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Serve!
