  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Water150 ml
  • Oil1/4 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 dessert spoon
  • Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a bowl add the oil, water, yeast, sugar, salt. Mix until incorporated.
  2. Add the two cups of wheat flour, mix until you get a kneading.
  3. On a bench sprinkle wheat flour and solve for 10 minutes.
  4. With the roll open the dough and stuffing, close the sides and cut
  5. Mix the yolk and oregano, brush your pastries and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Serve!
