Ingredients
- Organic Yeast | 2 tablespoon
- Sugar | 1 tablespoon
- warm milk | 1 cup
- Oil | 1/2 cup
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour | 4 cup
- Gem for brushing | 1 unit(s)
- Salt | to taste
- Ham | 400 g
- shredded mozzarella cheese | 400 g
Recipe
- Mix the yeast, sugar, milk, eggs, oil and wheat flour until you form a homogeneous mass that comes off your hands.
- The dough must be worked, kneaded for about 20 and 30 minutes so that it has a better rise.
- Place in a bowl closed by plastic film, in a warm place and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Assembling the Ham and Cheese Wrap – after 1 hour, divide the dough into four parts. Sprinkle some flour on a smooth, clean surface. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out one of the pieces of dough until you get a rectangle.
- Cut small strips of dough and place the ham and cheese in the center. Roll up the dough and close the ends of the wrap so that the cheese does not escape.
- Place on a greased and floured baking sheet and brush with egg yolk. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake until golden.
