Abra a massa e corte em quadrado,no tamanho que você deseja que fique o folhado. 

Roll out the dough and cut into squares, the size you want the puff pastry to be.

Coloque o queijo e o presunto picados no centro da massa e dobre de modo a envolver as pontas .

Place the chopped cheese and ham in the center of the dough and fold to envelop the edges.

Com um pincel passe as gemas batidas sobre a massa folhada. Se preferir polvilhe com orégano à gosto.

With a brush pass the beaten egg yolks over the puff pastry. If you prefer, sprinkle with oregano to taste.

Leve ao forno por 20 minutos em temperatura média. 

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at medium temperature.
