  • Wheat flour1/2 kg
  • Chicken broth (knor )1 unit(s)
  • Water500 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Seasonings1 to taste
  • Ham300 g
  • Mozzarella300 g
  • Breadcrumbs, water and wheat (for breading)1 to taste
  1. In a pan, add garlic and let it brown, mix the seasonings of your preference and salt.
  2. After adding the water and the knor, let it boil
  3. Throw in the wheat all at once and mix well, the dough gets heavy but that's how it is, when it starts to release from the bottom of the pan it's ready
  4. As soon as it cools you can start making the balls, cut the ham and the cheese into pieces, make the balls and stuffing
  5. In a container add some water and wheat, mix well after passing the balls in the water with wheat and then in the breadcrumbs
  6. Do the process with all the dough and ready to fry in hot oil. A note : This is the same dough to make drumsticks and risoles
