Seedless Girl's Finger Pepper1/2 unit(s)
Finely chopped red onion1/2 unit(s)
Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
Lemon juice1 unit(s)
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Salt1 teaspoon
Black pepper to taste

Put the chopped onion in cold water (as I taught in the tips) with a little vinegar to remove some of the burning.
Mash the avocado pulp well and mix with the other ingredients, including the drained onion sauce, taste and adjust the seasonings.
Serve with the accompaniment you prefer.
