- Lemon juice1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped coriander1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Girl's Finger Pepper to taste
- Chopped tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Cut the avocados in half. Discard the pit. With a spoon, remove all the avocato pulp and transfer them to a container. Mash roughly with a fork. Start by seasoning with lemon juice so it doesn't brown. Add the oil, onion, tomato and cilantro. Mix very well. Add salt and pepper. Stir and check the seasoning. Take the fridge. Serve with tortilla or toast 😋😋
