- Wheat Flours2 cup
- Salt and 1 clove of garlic1 to taste
- Start preparing the meat, use the duck meat, season with garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion and red pepper. Sauté everything at the end I put frozen peas.
- Beat everything in the blender and put the yeast last.
- Put half the dough in the greased shape with margarine.
- Put the prepared ground beef, cover with the other part of the dough and if you want you can put cottage cheese like I did.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes or until golden.
