- Orange zest (optional)50 g
- Wheat flour1 kg

- Cinnamon30 g
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, cream, orange zest, milk and pinga. Beat well and add the yeast mix well. Add the flour as needed until you get a firm dough. Knead well and let the dough rest for at least 1 hour. Knead, shape and fry in hot oil. If you want, you can roll it in sugar and cinnamon. The dough can be stored in the fridge for up to a few days.
