- Water or vegetable drink1/3 cup
- Large cabbage leaves4 unit(s)
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Nutritional yeast or vegan parmesan (optional)1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Blend everything in a blender until well blended, without chunks.
- Then, heat a frying pan over low heat, with a drizzle of olive oil, and pour the dough, then cover.
- Wait a minute (it will depend on the thickness and size of your skillet) and turn with a spatula. At this point, if you want to add cheese, put it on and cover again to melt.
- You can fill it with whatever you like. I made it with hummus, avocado, tomato and mushrooms sautéed in olive oil. Finished with salt, black pepper and olive oil.
- Note: you can leave the liquid dough in the fridge for up to 3 days, and make it as you like.
