- Recipe
- Large bunch of seedless purple grape (important grape being sweet)1 unit(s)
- Take the grapes off the bunch and place them in a jar with a lid.
- Place in the freezer overnight (or freeze for at least 4 hours)
- Remove from the freezer and place in a food processor.
- Beat well until you form a consistent cream.
- Pass through a sieve to remove the peels that have not been completely crushed.
- Put the ice cream in a bowl and that's it đ
- Tip: if after straining the ice cream it gets soft, go back to the freezer for about 30 minutes đđđŠ
