- Chickpea flour4 tablespoon
- Water3 tablespoon
- Tomato2 tablespoon
- Onion2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt, pepper and chimichurri to taste
- Slice the onion and tomato and set aside.
- Mix the chickpea flour with the water until smooth.
- Add the onion, tomato, salt, pepper and chimichurri. Mix well.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and when it is hot toss in the chickpeas. Leave covered over medium heat.
- When the edge is loose and golden, turn and cap again.
- When both sides are golden, just serve.
