- Fresh Organic Yeast60 g
- Fennel30 g

- Refined sugar80 g
- Blend all ingredients in a blender except flour and fennel. Mix the liquid with the flour and knead until everything is homogeneous. Let it rest for 20 minutes and bake for 20 minutes at medium temperature or until the bottom is golden brown. After roasting, pass in the sugar syrup and then in the refined sugar. Serve it with a hot cup of coffee! ❤️ Makes an average of 50 donuts!
