- Wheat flour160 g
- White sugar150 g
- Large egg1 unit(s)
- Brown sugar60 g
- Soup essence1 dessert spoon
- Bicarbonate2 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder2 dessert spoon
- Melt the butter over medium heat. When it starts to foam, stir non-stop, until golden in color. Transfer to a container to cool. When the butter is cold, mix it with the 100g of white sugar and all the brown sugar. Then add the egg and vanilla essence always stir well. Finally add the flour, salt, and bicarbonate and mix. Leave the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take the dough out of the fridge, and use a dessert spoon to make balls with the dough. For the topping, mix the sugar and cinnamon and roll the balls of dough into the mixture. Bake in 160g oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for another 10 minutes before eating. And good appetite 😋😋😋
