Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
Xylitol2 tablespoon
Warm water250 ml
Beaten egg1 unit(s)
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil1/4 cup
Fine oats1/2 cup
Oat bran1/2 cup
Cassava Starch1/3 cup
Chickpea flour1/2 cup
Xanthan Gum1 teaspoon
Bicarbonate1 teaspoon
Lemon 🍋 (broth)1/2 to taste

Hit the dough with a wet spoon.
Add beaten egg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 cup of oil to the dough.
1/2 cup of fine oatmeal.
1/2 cup of oat bran, 1/3 of cassava starch, 1/2 cup of chickpea flour and a spoon of xanthan gum and 1 spoon of bicarbonate, 1/2 lemon the broth
Hit the dough with a wet spoon and sprinkle oatmeal on top.
Allow to double in size and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
