  • Whole eggs4 unit(s)
  • Oat flakes3 cup
  • Coconut oil3 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Blend the banana, oil and eggs in a blender.
  2. After beating, put the dough in a container and add the oats and cinnamon. Mix well. Finally add the yeast.
  3. Pour the dough into a cake form previously greased with coconut oil and oatmeal.
  4. Finish with slices of bananas and cinnamon. Bake for approximately 30 minutes in a preheated medium oven.
