  • Brown or coconut sugar3 tablespoon
  • Almond flour2 tablespoon
  • Gluten-free oat flour2 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Blueberry100 g
  1. In a mixer, place the eggs and sugar and beat on high speed until foamy.
  2. Add the flour and beat gently with a spatula.
  3. Finally add the yeast and blueberries and incorporate gently.
  4. Transfer the dough to silicone Cupcake molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake until golden. Do the toothpick test to see if it is baked.
