- Rice flour2 cup
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Candied fruit3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder2 teaspoon
- Water200 ml
- Oil100 ml
- Baking powder2 coffee spoon
- Crushed cashews4 tablespoon
- Banana in thin slices1 unit(s)
- Blend 3 bananas, water, oil, egg yolks and sugar in a blender.
- Beat the egg whites and reserve
- Put the mixture in a pan with the cinnamon, the candied fruits, the yeast and the crushed cashew nuts, mix well, add the snow whites little by little.
- In a greased shape, put all the mixture, decorate with thin slices of banana, take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes, serve after cooling.
