Ingredients: 170 g Wheat Flour; 90 g Brown Sugar; 50 g Butter; 1 unit(s) Egg; 1 tablespoon Honey; 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda; 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder; 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder; to taste Nutmeg

Wheat Flour170 g
Brown Sugar90 g
Butter50 g
Egg1 unit(s)
Honey1 tablespoon
Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
Ginger Powder1 teaspoon
Cinnamon Powder1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg to taste

In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
Start stirring with a spoon and then use your hands until it's homogeneous.
Place the dough between two plastic sheets and open with a rolling pin to a medium thickness.
Cut using templates of your choice.
Take to bake in oven 180°c for approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven still soft and wait to cool down to get crispy.
Decorate with sprinkles, icing, melted chocolate or markers
