  • 1 Cup of Milk240 ml
  • 1/2 cup Oil120 ml
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
  • 3 Cups of Sweet Sprinkle720 ml
  • 1 Spoon of Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • 1 Pinch of Salt1 teaspoon
  • 1 Cup of Cottage cheese220 g
  1. In the blender, place the eggs, milk, oil and grated cheese.
  2. Beat the ingredients on medium speed until you form a cream.
  3. With the blender on, gradually add the manioc flour and after that, turn off the blender.
  4. Add the yeast and salt and turn the blender back on, at lower power, for about 10 seconds.
  5. In a round shape, approximately 22 cm, greased, add half of the mixture.
  6. Place spoons of cottage cheese on top of this mixture.
  7. Add the rest of the mixture.
  8. Take to oven, preheated to 180°C, for 40 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and serve, with a delicious cup of coffee :)
