Pork sausage3 unit(s)
Mozzarella200 g
Garlic Head1 unit(s)
Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste

Season the garlic head, wrap in aluminum foil and take it to the air fryer for a little longer. or less 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the grated mozzarella with the inside of the pork sausage.
Mix the already cooked garlic with the cottage cheese and spread it on the bread.
