Small jar of mayonnaise

Minced Garlic

Oregano

Chopped green smell

Grated Parmesan

Salt and pepper to taste

Garlic bread

Em um recipiente misture a maionese, o alho, o orégano, o cheiro-verde, o sal e a pimenta e reserve.

Faça cortes horizontais no pão francês de maneira a formar pequenas fatias (mais ou menos 4), mas sem desprendê-las umas das outras (como no pão de alho comprado).

Passe a mistura reservada entre as fatias e depois envolvendo todo os pães.

Polvilhe sobre os pães o parmesão ralado.

Leve à churrasqueira e asse bem de ambos os lados

In a container mix the mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper and set aside.

Make horizontal cuts in the French bread to form small slices (about 4), but without detaching them from each other (as in store-bought garlic bread).

Pass the reserved mixture between the slices and then wrapping all the breads.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the buns.

Place on the grill and roast well on both sides.
