  • raisins1 to taste
  • baking powder1 coffee spoon
  1. Mix well with a spatula, the egg + the xylitol + the butter. Add the peanut butter and mix well. Then add the oat flour and the baking powder, until a dough that does not stick to your hands, if you need to add more flour.
  2. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 15 minutes. At that time, you already turn the oven to 180/200 degrees to preheat.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and make balls the size you prefer, remembering to leave space between them.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy
