Como fazer o bolo: 
Em um liquidificador ou processador de alimentos, junte os ovos, as bananas, o cacau, o azeite e o açúcar. Bata até resultar em uma mistura líquida e homogênea. 

How to make the cake:
In a blender or food processor, combine the eggs, bananas, cocoa, oil and sugar. Beat until you get a liquid and homogeneous mixture.

Adicione farinha de aveia, o fermento e a essência de baunilha. Misture. 
Despeja a massa do bolo em uma forma se possível removível, e cubra com as bananas em rodelas. 

Add oat flour, baking powder and vanilla essence. Mix.
Pour the cake batter into a removable form if possible, and cover with sliced bananas.

leva para assar em forno médio, pré aquecido a 180c por 40 minutos ou faça teste do palito 

Bake in a medium oven, preheated to 180c for 40 minutes or test with a toothpick

Como fazer a calda : é opcional 

Em uma tigela misture todos os ingredientes e leve ao microndas por 3 minutos, misture a cada 30 segundos. Reserve na geladeira por 1h hora ou até que esfriei e engrossa 


How to make the syrup: it's optional

In a bowl mix all the ingredients and microwave for 3 minutes, mix every 30 seconds. Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until cooled and thickened.
