- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or water bath. Add the yolks and mix, set aside. Beat the egg whites, then gently add the chocolate.
- Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15/20 min.
- Until you poke with a toothpick and come out clean. Ready!!
