Frying Pan Pizza with Homemade Dough

  • whole milk1 cup
  • egg1 unit(s)
  • salt to taste
  • sugar to taste
  • wheat flour1 cup
  • baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Spiced Tomato Sauce4 tablespoon
  • lean ham in small cubes2 cup
  • chopped seedless tomato2 cup
  • chopped onion to taste
  • grated mozzarella cheese2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • olive oil to taste
  • oregano to taste
  1. Beat the milk with the egg, salt, sugar, wheat flour and yeast in the blender until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Pour half of the dough and fry it on both sides.
  4. Then turn off the heat and spread half of the tomato sauce. Reserve.
  5. In a bowl, add the ham with the tomato, onion and seasoning with salt, pepper, olive oil and oregano.
  6. Put half of this stuffing in the dough and spread half of the mozzarella over it.
  7. Cover the skillet and take it to the low fire for about 3 minutes or until the mozzarella melts.
  8. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
